- W364805043 abstract "カラシナ類 (Brassica juncea) の生殖様式は不完全自殖性であるとされている. しかし, 受粉に花粉媒介昆虫を必要としないという報告や必要とするという報告もあり, 見解が統一されていない. そこで, 日本・中国・タイのカラシナ類21品種について自家和合性程度と自動自家受粉能力の品種間変異を明らかにするとともに, これら21品種の中で両形質に特徴的な8品種について自動自家受粉能力と花器形質との関連を追究し, カラシナ類の生殖様式を明確にすることを試みた. その結果, 自家和合性程度を表す人工自家受粉結実率の品種ごとの平均は51.4%から88.4%, 自動自家受粉能力を表す一つの指標である自動自家受粉結実率の品種ごとの平均は32.4%から70.8%の範囲であり, 両形質とも幅広い品種間変異が認められた. 大部分の品種は自動自家受粉結実率が人工自家受粉結実率よりも低いことから, 十分な結実を得るためには花粉媒介昆虫による受粉の補助を必要とするが, 品種によっては必要としないことが明らかとなった. 自動自家受粉の時間的経緯を見ると, 自動自家受粉は開花直後の柱頭に接近した葯が開葯すると始まり, 葯は時間の経過とともに柱頭から離れるが, 2～3時間以上連続的になされていた. また, 開花後まもなく十分な受粉がなされる品種と, 開花後時間をかけて十分な受粉がなされる品種とがあった. 自動自家受粉粒数は開葯後の葯と柱頭の接触程度および位置関係に依存していた. また, 自殖性程度の低い品種は高い品種に比べ諸花器形質の品種内変異が大きかった. 以上の結果, カラシナ類では, 自家和合性程度に品種間変異があること, さらに葯と柱頭の接触程度や位置関係などの花器形質の変異が存在し, それに伴う自動自家受粉能力にも幅広い品種間変異があるため, 花粉媒介昆虫の必要度にも幅広い品種間変異があることが明らかとなった." @default.
