A kettős excentricitas soran fellepő ket fő instabilitasi tartomany letezeset egy erre a celra megepitett berendezesen kiserlettel is kimutattuk. Merőberendezest epitettunk a szijagak nemlinearis parametereinek meghatarozasara, majd a berendezest tovabbfejlesztve mereseinket pontositottuk. Vizsgaltuk a fogazott szijak transzverzalis rezgeseit es megmutattuk, hogy a fogak ki- es belepese olyan tovabbi gerjesztest hozhat letre, amelyek bizonyos fordulatszamoknal ujabbstabilitasvesztesekre vezethetnek. A stabilitasi tartomanyokat kozelitő-modszerrel előallitottuk. Vizsgaltuk a golyosorso-golyos anya kapcsolatat. Javaslatot tettunk kedvezőbb geometriaju visszavezető palyak kialakitasara, javaslatot tettunk uj tipusu tajolo berendezesre. | The aim of the research was the examination of nonlinear oscillations occurring in the main drives and feed boxes of machine tools. The method of linearization above the phase curve was further developed, and more precise solutions were worked out. It was shown that if the transmission ratio of belt drives differs from one and if there are significant eccentricities, two main instability regions arise. A method was developed for the determination of the main instability regions. Oscillations occurring after the loss of stability were examined and their amplitude-frequency functions were determined. The existence of the two main instability-ranges arising during the double eccentricity was proved by an experiment carried out on a device constructed for this purpose. Measurement equipment was constructed for the determination of the nonlinear parameters of belt-sides, and after having developed the equipment, our measurements were refined. The transverse vibrations of timing belts were examined and it was shown that the stepping in and out of teeth may create such further excitation which may lead to subsequent losses of stability at certain rotational RPMs. The stability regions were produced using the approximation method. The connection between the ball nut and the ball screw was examined. A proposal was made for the development of return paths with more favourable geometry and a proposal was made for a new type of orientation device." @default.
