- W396592145 abstract "本研究は，東京都のNTTタウンページデータベースに掲載されている164種類の約25万店舗に対し，近接性と集積量の2基準から商業集積地を設定し，GISを利用して商業集積地の規模,機能構成，分布を解明することを目的とする．東京都では1,143の商業集積地が設定され，規模に基づき5階層に区分された．最高位の商業集積地数は10，高位が13，上位が46，中位が269，低位が805識別された．階層ごとに商業集積地の機能構成を分析した結果，階層の制約を受けて立地する機能が125種類存在した．階層の制約を受けずに立地する店舗種類は39種類見出され，いずれの階層においても店舗の約40%を占めていた．さらに，立地パターンとしては，区部では最高位・高位・上位の商業集積地は分散分布をとり，区部と多摩地域の低位の商業集積地は，集塊分布であった．また，豊島区を例に，供給の地理を商店街レベルと店舗レベルで再現できた．" @default.
