- W413699248 abstract "〔目的〕本研究の目的は，成人健常者（20・30歳代）について歩行時に発生する身体に関する意識について明らかにすることにある。〔対象〕成人健常者48名。年齢は20歳から30歳代とし，平均25.7±3.6歳である。〔方法〕対象者に室内平地にて10 mの裸足歩行を行わせ，その時の身体感覚について半構造化面接を実施した。インタビューによる回答は筆記にて記録し，得られた言語データを修正版グラウンデッドセオリーアプローチにて分析した。〔結果〕得られた言語データより注目すべき点を抽出し分類を試みると，【違和感として感じる身体】，【外部環境との間に生じる感覚】，【意識化されやすい身体イメージ】という3つの概念が下層である定義の内容とともにあげられた。〔結語〕これらの結果はもっぱら環境との関係や身体内部間の関係として意識され報告されており，身体の意識とは関係の意識であると考えられた。臨床への応用として患者への指導においても関係の意識を探り，重視していくことが大切であると提案できる。" @default.
