- W4200223611 abstract "Gender gap in Computer Science has been studied from different dimensions although little research has been done in terms of subjective perception, which is essential to develop inclusive and diverse environments. The most relevant works in this context is the one by García-Holgado and collaborators [8, 9], who have developed the GENCE instrument to identify the perception of computing students about issues related to gender and diversity [10]. Such instrument has been used in a pilot study, which has been replicated in our university to improve external validity of the results. This paper describes the whole replication process, in which some previous results are confirmed, and some new findings are obtained." @default.
