Ti3C2 MXene with unique stratified structure could provide plenty of proper sites for 2D SnS2 nanosheets (200–500 nm). The numerous heterojunctions acted as the highly efficient separating channels of photogenerated electron on the SnS2@Ti3C2 photocatalyst. Therefore, the 2D SnS2@Ti3C2 nanocomposite had the higher efficiency than pure 2D SnS2 for tetracycline hydrochloride degradation, which could photocatalytic degrade 96% tetracycline hydrochloride in water during 60 min. On the other hand, the strong interaction on heterostructure interfaces guaranteed the terrific stability of the SnS2@Ti3C2 photocatalyst." @default.
