As such a drug, the authors recommend the combined drug Lorolizin, which can be used in the treatment of acute pharyngitis, acute tonsillitis, and adenoiditis.Воспалительная патология ротоглотки — это не теряющая своей актуальности проблема, которая является предметом интереса врачей разных специальностей. В качестве одной из основных причин воспалительных заболеваний глотки указано влияние микроорганизмов, прежде всего вирусов, на слизистую оболочку верхних дыхательных путей. В статье обращено особое внимание на важность сохранения индигенной микробиоты, поскольку она выполняет барьерную функцию и препятствует адгезии и колонизации патогенных микроорганизмов. В этой связи наиболее эффективной и безопасной является местная микробиоценоз-регулирующая терапия с использованием лизоцима — естественного пептида, оказывающего антисептическое, противовоспалительное и иммунорегулирующее действие.
