- W4200583560 abstract "目的:超音波検査では特有の画像をサイン（sign）と呼んでその存在を診断の一助にする．Target signは腸重積症，bull's eye signは転移性肝癌のサインである．乳腺腫瘤の超音波画像を菓子の形態でサイン化し検査技師の初期教育に活用した．方法:乳腺腫瘤の超音波画像をカテゴリーに分類し，それぞれを菓子の形でサイン化した．カテゴリー3（良性，しかし悪性を否定できず）は大福餅，カテゴリー4（悪性の疑い）はサーターアンダギー，カテゴリー5（悪性）は金平糖をサインとした．超音波初心者（研修医3名，超音波技師7名）にこの方法でのカテゴリー分類を10分間教育し，その後に10点満点のペーパーテストを実施した．成績:全員が7点以上を獲得し，平均は8.4点と良好な成績であった．通常の方法によるカテゴリー分類よりサイン法では短時間で解答していた．結論:乳腺超音波初心者には既知の物体に関連させて画像をサイン化し教育することは有用であった．" @default.
