- W4205114990 abstract "The article analyzes the issues of remuneration of managers. The purpose of the study is to identify the key stages in the formation of the remuneration of managers of both budgetary and commercial organizations, which makes it possible to determine the directions for solving the problems that have arisen at the present time. From the standpoint of the historical aspect, a number of normative documents on the issue under study are considered and analyzed. As a result of the study, the key stages of 1917–1918, the war period (the Great Patriotic War), the post-war years, the period of the 90s, the present, were identified, which is the novelty of the article. Separately, an emphasis is placed on the analysis of the remuneration of heads of universities. It is concluded that at present there are serious problems associated with a significant disparity in wages, including for managers, which requires new methodological approaches to building a system of salaries and bonuses for managers." @default.
