- W4205809270 abstract "東日本大震災の教訓として、単に防災施設を整備するだけではなく、各個人が自然災害に向き合い、それに備える意識を日頃から醸成する必要性があげられる。その方法として、「生活防災」の視点から、防災・減災活動を実践することは有効ではないかと考える。また、生活防災は、防災意識の醸成だけでなく、地域とのつながりを見直すきっかけとなりうるため、地域への態度の醸成にも有効ではないかと考える。そこで、本研究では、津波常襲地域である徳島県阿南市を事例に、生活防災に対する意識の構造を明らかにし、生活防災を地域住民が意識としてもつ意義について考察した。その結果、生活防災意識は「地域での生活防災」、「資材の生活防災」、「家庭での生活防災」の３つの因子から構成されていることや、地域との関わりが深い人や、被災経験がある人は、生活防災意識が高い傾向にあることが明らかになった。また、生活防災意識の各因子と防災意識、地域への態度とは正の相関があり、生活防災意識を持つことは、防災意識を高めるだけでなく、地域への態度も醸成される傾向にあることが示唆された。" @default.
