I hadn't had a period yet, and wouldn't until the summer I turned thirteen, but some of my friends had them, and certainly my mother did; Td seen the evidence in the wastebasket. He said he didn't want our new neighbors to know that the decrepit, green monster belonged to us when he fired it up at 6:15 in the morning.
