- W4205938312 abstract "改正介護保険法により、市町村は「日常生活圏域」を単位として地域密着型サービス拠点などを面的に整備することが必要となった。本報では、平成17年度地域介護・福祉空間整備等交付金（市町村交付金）の内示を受けた市町村整備計画書を分析し、市町村の設定した「日常生活圏域」の圏域規模、圏域内の施設整備状況を明らかにすることを目的とした。結果として、1）日常生活圏域規模は中学校区程度を基本としている自治体が最も多い。しかし人口密度の高い自治体では日常生活圏域のほうが１中学校区の圏域よりも広く設定している場合が多い。2）日常生活圏域内の地域密着型サービスは、認知症対応型共同生活介護と小規模多機能型居宅介護拠点を１箇所、介護予防拠点を２箇所程度整備する傾向にある。また地域密着型サービスは、要介護認定者数が多い日常生活圏域を除くと、これまで日常生活圏域内に整備されていなかったサービス機能を補うサービスについて、新たに計画されていることが明らかになった。" @default.
