- W4205997098 abstract "本研究は韓国ドンピランを対象とし、「地域住民が主体となる観光まちづくりは住民にも観光客にも魅力ある地域づくりにつながる」という過程の下、観光まちづくりの展開を整理し、住民意識、観光客の動態・評価、及びそれらの対応関係を明らかにし、住民参加による観光まちづくりの利点と課題を考察した。当地での観光まちづくりの展開を３期に区分して特徴を見たところ、発展期では住民参加による活動が見られ、こうした活動は観光公害の減少、経済的利益の還元など、観光の実利を伴いながら生活空間を向上させることから、利点として認められる。一方課題も表出しており、観光業従事者である一部住民のみが活動に主に参加しており、一部住民の意見が地域社会の総意として扱われる恐れがある。また、彼らの意識が経済面に集中してしまい、魅力的な生活空間の形成や観光地としての持続的な成長を防げる可能性があることが指摘された。" @default.
