- W4206577987 abstract "本研究では、消費者の買物行動や商業事業者の流通に関する意思決定を内生化した商業立地量モデルを構築し、人口密度・自動車保有率・高齢化率などの都市構造を規定する諸要因が、商業立地や流通費用に影響を与えるメカニズムを実証的に分析した。 その結果得られた知見は以下の通りである。名古屋市を対象としたケーススタディの結果、今後、大規模小売店舗などを含む各種商品小売業の立地量や規模はほぼ現状のまま推移するが、進展する高齢化の影響を受けてコンビニエンスストアなどを含む飲食料品小売業の店舗数が大幅に増加（1店舗あたりの規模は縮小）する可能性があることが示唆された。その結果、流通に係る費用は1.20～1.55倍程度に増加することがモデルから示された。" @default.
