- W4207035943 abstract "The article considers various approaches of well-known foreign and Russian economists to the definition of the concept of human capital. Various approaches of the authors to the definition of the concept of human capital are highlighted and the main postulates of the research of economists of this concept are described. The main problem of the study of human capital is the specificity of the nature of human capital, which is due to the totality of the individual's physical and mental abilities that allow us to determine his ability to work. The author's definition of the concept of human capital of an employee of an organization in the realities of our time is given. As a perspective for the development of human capital, creative thinking and adaptability to changes in the natural way of things, namely, to the automation of production processes, are considered. The article describes the main elements of human capital: the capacity of a citizen, the qualifications of an employee, the personal and business qualities of an employee. Creative thinking is described as an element of human capital that can create new ideas, show creativity in work, and base its research on experiments and experiments. This allows you to effectively solve the tasks assigned to employees and modify production processes. The improvement of modern human capital involves the mandatory integration of an employee with automated production, the ability to manage digital processes and improve their mechanisms. Special attention needs to be paid to the implementation of personnel security procedures in the enterprise to minimize cybercrime attacks. For organizations, it is becoming necessary to train employees in the safe use of computer technologies. Such knowledge is aimed not only at improving the security of the organization, but also at developing the professional competencies of the specialist within the framework of his human capital." @default.
