The primary endpoint of the study was the description of clinical and sociodemographic parameters, the consumption of medical resources, and the search for optimization of dorsalgia diagnosis in contemporary Russian outpatient neurological practice.The population of patients included in the study represents a homogeneous group of educated, overweight people of working age with average severity of low back pain and related dysfunction. In 91.6% of cases nonspecific mechanisms of pain syndrome development with a moderate neuropathic component prevail in the genesis of back pain, being a reason for seeking medical advice once every 2 months on average. The overdiagnosis of lumbar radiculopathies is discussed, which most probably is of combined nature due to overuse and straightforward interpretation of neuroimaging results, nonsyndromological diagnosis, and classification defects.Improving the methods of diagnosis and treatment of patients with PB will reduce the incidence and the number of relapses of pain syndrome.Оценка влияния терапии препаратом Ипигрикс на динамику клинических симптомов, неврологического статуса и показателей качества жизни у пациентов с дорсалгией (ДА) на пояснично-крестцовом уровне по результатам наблюдательного неинтервенционного многоцентрового исследования ДОРИСС.Обследованы 3563 пациента с верифицированными диагнозами ДА в 200 клинических центрах на территории Российской Федерации, получавших в соответствии с нозологическими стандартами сопоставимую базисную терапию, часть из них дополнительно получали препарат Ипигрикс по пероральной либо ступенчатой схеме. Первичная конечная точка исследования включала описание клинических и социально-демографических параметров, потребление медицинских ресурсов и поиск возможностей оптимизации диагностики ДА в современной отечественной амбулаторной неврологической практике.Популяция включенных в исследование представляет собой однородную группу больных трудоспособного возраста с избыточной массой тела со средней выраженностью ДА и связанных с ней нарушений жизнедеятельности. У 91,6% больных в генезе ДА превалируют неспецифические механизмы развития боли с умеренным нейропатическим компонентом. ДА явилась причиной обращения за медицинской помощью в среднем 1 раз в 2 мес. Обсуждаются причины гипердиагностики поясничных радикулопатий, вероятно, имеющие сочетанный характер вследствие избыточного использования и однозначной трактовки результатов методов визуализации, несиндромологичной диагностики и дефектов классификации.Совершенствование методов диагностики и лечения пациентов с ДА позволит снизить уровень заболеваемости и количество рецидивов болевого синдрома." @default.
