- W4210341805 abstract "The potential of biologically active substances entering the human body is organically related to their bioavailability and bioactivity. Thus, the study of bioavailability and bioactivity is of great interest. One of the effective ways to increase the availability of biologically active substances is by encapsulation. In this study, we proposed to use nanoemulsion as a method of encapsulating vegetable antioxidant taxifolin. This paper presented the data on the use of ultrasound-assisted and food-grade oil-water nanoemulsions with taxifolin. The effects of the emulsification process variables, including applied power, sonication time and formulation parameters were investigated. Based on the results obtained, rational modes of ultrasonic treatment were established to regulate the process of obtaining stable nanoemulsions with taxifolin. The results obtained in the framework of this study allowed us to establish the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of ultrasonic treatment to obtain nanoemulsions." @default.
