They believe that holacracy is a good option for solving most of the organizational challenges. By using holacarcy, the flexibility of organizations increases and they can easily adapt themselves to the business environment and conditions. The space is open for people and everyone can choose a role in the organization according to their ability and capacity and then proceed to do it. Another point of contention in the holacracy is its opposition to the hierarchical method.
