- W4210379471 abstract "Due to the heat dissipation demands from the development of electron device toward miniaturization and high-degree integration, the research on the polymer composites filled with thermal conductive filler was received wide concerns. Graphene shows a high thermal conductivity, but the strong van der Waals interactions cause the graphene to agglomerate in matrix. It was found that the synergistic effect of hybrid filler consisted of graphene and other fillers with different size and shape could not only prevent the agglomeration of graphene but also obtain a high thermal conductivity for composite with a low filler loading. Therefore, the self-assembly heterostructure consisted of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and polydopamine-coated boron phosphide ([email protected]) was used as the filler of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) matrix. The composite film exhibited high in-plane thermal conductivity (12.71 W m−1 K−1 at 18 wt% loading of [email protected]/rGO), thermal stability, reliable mechanical strength and flexibility, showing a potential application in thermal management." @default.
