- W4210772508 abstract "Currently there is a shift in the family model from the conventional family model where in the man as the breadwinner, to a dual income family model, where the wife also involves in supporting the family financially by joining the workforce. This study aims to explore work-family conflict that is associated with religiosity especially Islamic perspective, where the majority of the population of the study area is Muslim. The study of work-family conflict, hereinafter referred to as WFC, has such an important value because it confirms the relationship between work and family with job satisfaction, performance, depression levels, organizational support and many factors that trigger work-family conflicts that show a relationship between the two. This paper is expected to be a practical scientific revolution with the development of a broader theory for family work relations in areas where the majority of the population predominantly is Muslim. This research was conducted through a qualitative descriptive approach, which resulted in two propositions: (a) WFC will potentially reduce one's performance, (b) Religiosity potentially reduce tension of WFC." @default.
