- W4210795344 abstract "AbstractNowadays, the social and psychological well-being at work is one of the demanded and promising research areas in human resource management. The presented paper is an extensive bibliometric study in the process of which the authors integrated the information received into a single data set, assessed the degree of study of the topic, and identified the main trends and new areas for studying the social and psychological employees’ well-being in the context of the fourth industrial revolution. The results of the analysis indicate the growing debate about the social and psychological employees’ well-being in connection with the employment precarization and digitalization. At the moment, there are a small number of studies that substantively consider well-being at work in the process of transformation of the world economy and the transition to Industry 4.0. Thus, the direction can be designated as a promising area for future research.KeywordsBibliometric analysisEmployee well-beingIndustry 4.0Social and psychological well-being" @default.
