- W4214910311 abstract "Variants of the heteronuclear multiple quantum coherence (HMQC) experiment are presented in which only 1H-13C pairs that interact with a 19F nucleus report. One version of this experiment selects for scalar coupling between the 1H and 19F nucleus (dubbed the SELFPRO-J-HMQC), the other for nuclear Overhauser effect-based interactions between 1H and 19F (SELFPRO-nOe-HMQC). The experiment can be executed such that only directly bound 1H-13C pairs report, or such that longer range 1H-13C correlations report as well. A selective shaped pulse in 19F was inserted in the SELFPRO-J-HMQC; in this version, only 1H-13C pairs that interact with the single chosen 19F nucleus will report. Example spectra are shown of trifluorotoluene and two more complex pharmaceutical molecules." @default.
