- W4220657619 abstract "• A luminescent MOF {[Eu 2 L 3 (H 2 O) 5 ] 2 ·3DMF} n was synthesized under solvothermal reactions, the structure was characterized and analyzed. • Fluorescent sensing demonstrates that the complex has high sensitivity and sensitivity for both nitro-aromatic compounds TNP and 4-NP. • The detection mechanisms were studied based on both experiments and calculation. A new 3D metal-organic framework (MOF), {[Eu 2 L 3 (H 2 O) 5 ] 2 ·3DMF} n ( 1 ) has been successfully synthesized via 2-amino-4,4′-biphthalic acid (H 2 L) and Eu(NO 3 ) 3 ·4H 2 O by using solvothermal method. For complex 1 , the carboxylates bridged two kinds of ions to form double rope one-dimensional chain [Eu(COO) 3 ] n , the adjacent one-dimensional chains are connected to generate three-dimensional structure by adjacent ligands. Luminescent sensing experiments revealed 1 can efficiently detect 4-nitrophenol (4-NP) and 2, 4, 6-trinitrophenol (TNP) with excellent sensitivity and selectivity. Additionally, the detection mechanism for these nitro aromatic compounds was further explored by calculations and experiments." @default.
