- W4220788022 abstract "Metal oxide optoelectronics nanoparticles are widely used in industries. Many efforts were made to form uniform and pure metal oxide Nanoparticles. This paper focused on synthesizing simple step nanoflower like ZnO structure in atmospheric conditions. The Electrochemical discharge method is used to synthesize ZnO nanoparticles in NaOH electrolyte medium. The effect of electrolyte rotation on morphology was analyzed at 200 rpm resulted uniform flower shape of nanoparticles, confirmed by FESEM images. The XRD results reveal that the pure crystalline phase of nanoparticles obtained has the average crystalline size of 29 nm. The uniform voltage and current wave form was also observed at 200 rpm rotation of electrolyte. The chemical composition of the element was studied by EDS analysis to confirm the presence of zinc and oxygen element. DLS result gives the hydrodynamic diameter of nanoparticles within the range of 100 nm." @default.
