- W4220856827 abstract "The objective of this paper is to demonstrate how to refute anxieties of OCD, using a method based on pure logic. Background: I had suffered from a severe case of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). After almost 17 years of stubborn struggle accompanied with countless obediences to rituals, the disease finally began to weaken as I had been starting to vision the digits ‘3’ and ‘1’ in my mind for a few months before I had visioned, at a sudden, the digits ‘1’ and ‘0’ in my mind for long seconds, realizing that the OCD has contradicted itself, and thus, how to refute anxieties whose recurring pattern is utilized by OCD, by a specific template. Methodology: OCD makes you believe that if you do not perform a compulsive ritual, then something bad will occur, or that you should perform a compulsive ritual for something bad not to occur. OCD is faster from those who suffer from it. As a result, and because a person needs time to consider whether an anxiety is correct or not, OCD precedes him, so he would instantly go into a state of anxiety." @default.
