- W4220962007 abstract "歯周病患者は歯を喪失することが多いため，歯周治療において欠損補綴は比較的頻度の高い治療である。また，歯周病により歯を喪失した場合，十分な残存歯数や咬合支持組織量がないばかりか，歯冠歯根比など力学的なバランスも悪化する傾向にあるため，欠損補綴は難症例となることをしばしば経験する。欠損補綴には様々な手法がある。従来型の欠損補綴であるブリッジや有床義歯は，欠損した歯が担っていた咬合負担を残存歯や顎堤に分散させるが，インプラント治療では残存歯に負担をかけることなく，また，連結することによる再治療の確率の上昇，非生理的な咬合負担，口腔清掃の煩雑さなど様々なリスクやディメリットを回避し欠損補綴を完了することができる。すなわち，インプラント治療は歯周治療の欠損補綴に多大な恩恵をもたらす治療法といえる。しかしながら，歯周病患者のインプラント治療は，細菌因子，宿主因子，環境因子などの影響を受けるため，厳密な管理や処置が必要となる。そこで本論文では，歯周病患者におけるインプラント治療の上部構造体の装着法について考察する。" @default.
