[1], there were errors in the numbers presented in the second paragraph under Validation phase. The sentence should have been ‘A greater number of outpatients (78.1% opposed to 21.9% inpatients) were recruited, as long-term cerebrovascular disease medication is more common in the outpatient setting and inpatients had often just started their medication’. In Table 2, the numbers for Outpatients and Inpatients were inverted. It should have been 196 (78.1%) for Outpatients and 55 (21.9%) for Inpatients. The correct Table 2 is given below: TABLE 2.
