- W4224221951 abstract "The article reveals a number of contradictions in the synchronization of professional training and qualification expectations in Moscow region labor market. The data obtained show that the problem of creating a balanced regional system of professional education that meets the needs of young people, employers, society and the state is complex and, accordingly, requires the same balanced integrated approach. According to the author, the ecosystem approach is the approach in need. Speaking of the «educational ecosystem» the author means a new management paradigm of organizing the process of education and training. It must be flexible, and built on the principles of adaptability and personalization. It is necessary to form modern competencies at teachers and administrators of educational organizations, universities and colleges in the sphere of creating and operating personnel partnership ecosystems surrounding educational organizations; identify and study the qualification requirements of manufacturing enterprises; continuously engage consultants and experts in the development of indicators of regional staffing needs; provide sites of manufacturing enterprises to organize professional internships for teachers of educational organizations in order to fill qualification gaps; conduct a marketing orientation of the management system of educational organizations, universities and colleges in order to increase the efficiency of interaction between educational organizations and the labor market." @default.
