- W4225090576 abstract "This study characterizes as a systematically reviews literature on the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) through bibliometric research. The research maps and analyzes scientific research networks of PRME by identifying the distribution of publications per year, and delineating the most cited documents, along with co-authorship networks, country co-authorship, co-authorship networks among universities, and keyword occurrence across articles. The review examines 135 articles published in 50 journals by 304 authors affiliated with 187 institutions in 35 countries. Results highlight two specific approaches that recur frequently: first entails focusing descriptively on the application of PRME signatory institutions; second comprises the contribution of PRME to supporting signatories’ institutions to adopt an interdisciplinary approach for sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) for responsible management education (RME). Moreover, the most-cited papers consider PRME in terms of dynamics, relation to business schools, and implementation regarding Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In terms of co-authorship networks, 80% of scientific output related to PRME has involved collaboration among researchers at various levels, reaching five continents and the study found fragmented networks with potential to achieve more density with greater partnership.
