• W4225643079 abstract "Проблема и цель. Целью исследований являлось изучение роста и сохранности цыплят-бройлеров в АО «Березки» Орловского района, Орловской области. Методология. Опыт по изучению роста и сохранности цыплят-бройлеров кросса «Росс 308» при введении в рацион муки из плодов шиповника проводили на базе АО «Березки» Орловского района, Орловской области. Для проведения исследования по принципу аналогов были сформированы три группы птиц: контрольная и две опытные. В каждую группу были отобраны суточные цыплятабройлеры в количестве 50 голов. Результаты. Более интенсивный рост цыплят-бройлеров наблюдался в опытных группах, получавших дополнительно к основному рациону сухой порошок из плодов шиповника. При убое живая масса цыплят была выше в 1-й опытной группе на 5,9 %, во 2-й опытной группе на 6,6 % по сравнению с живой массой цыплят контрольной группы. За весь период выращивания у цыплят опытных групп среднесуточные приросты были выше на 6,0 % и 6,7 % соответственно по сравнению с бройлерами контрольной группы. В 1-й опытной группе среднесуточный прирост составил 49,3 г, во 2-й – 49,6 г. Сохранность поголовья цыплят 1-й и 2-й опытных групп была также выше и составила 96 %. Заключение. В результате проведенных исследований нами установлено, что цыплята опытных групп, получавшие дополнительно к рациону сухой порошок из плодов шиповника в течение 3-х недель, лучше росли, сохранность их была выше, а также цыплята-бройлеры отличались лучшими мясными качествами. Over the entire period of growing in chickens from the experimental groups, the average daily gains were higher by 6.0% and 6.7%, respectively, compared with broilers in the control group. In the 1st experimental group, the average daily gain was 49.3 g, in the 2nd experimental group - 49.6 g. The safety of the chickens in the 1st and 2nd experimental groups was also higher and amounted to 96%. Conclusion. As a result of the studies, it was revealed that broiler chickens that received, in addition to the diet, dry powder from rose hips for 3 weeks, grew better, their safety was higher, and broiler chickens had better meat qualities." @default.
