Next, the Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay and the colony formation assay was performed respectively to evaluate the anti-proliferation ability of Cu(II)-based coordination polymers. Besides, the transwell assay was carried out to determine the migration and invasion capability of A2780 ovarian cancer cells after treated with synthesized complexes." @default.
