- W4236078369 abstract "pH1～12の溶液中ジチオスレイトール(DTT)の陽極波ポーラログラムには2段波が認められる。第1波(E1/2=-0.434V vs. SCE, pH4.5)は吸着波の性質を示すが,交流波などの検討の結果,その電極反応は可逆性の高いDTTの水銀塩(単分子膜)の形成に基づく波と考えられる((2)式)。Brdicka式を用いて電極表面における水銀塩の占有面積を求めたところ4.9×103(nm2)/分子となった。また第1波の立ち上がり電極(Ed)とpHの関係から得られたDTTの酸解離定数(pKa)は9.3と10.6であった。pH4.5の酢酸緩衝溶液中で第1波のEdより2～3mV正電位で定電位電解を行なったところ,DTTの環状酸化体(OX-DTT)が生成していることが確認された。この反応は(3)式の反応によるか,または水銀塩の単分子膜を通じて(1′)の反応が進行したものと解釈されるが,いずれにしてもきわめて遅い反応と考えられる。第2波(E1/2=-0.228V vs. SCE, pH4.5)は拡散電流波の性質を示し,その限界電流部における定電位電解の結果電解液は白濁して多量の水銀イオンが存在することが分析の結果判明した。したがって第2波はDTTの水銀塩の多重層形成に基づく波と考えられる。" @default.
