- W4238256281 abstract "皮膚疾患の中でも乾癬の治療は生物学的製剤の登場によって劇的に変わり，その一方で，それら新薬の効果が免疫学的病態の解明に寄与し，新規の乾癬治療薬の開発を促すという，少なくとも病態の理解においては好循環を生んでいる．本講演においては，まず，臨床面での皮膚免疫学のトピックとして，期待される新規治療薬とその効果，さらにそこからみえて来た各疾患の背景にある免疫学的病態を最近の知見をもとに紹介したい．とりあげる皮膚疾患は，乾癬，アトピー性皮膚炎，白斑，脱毛症である．このほか，基礎領域からは大気汚染やマイクロビオームとアトピー性皮膚炎，ウルシによる接触皮膚炎でのランゲルハンス細胞上に発現するCD1aのかかわりについて，最近興味深い知見がいくつか報告されているので，簡単に紹介する．" @default.
