In polymers with predominating free charge carriers (PVK, PEPC, PET, and PS) the effect consists mainly in the reduction of the conductivity depending on the interrelation of ionization potential and electron affinity of the macromolecules and the dopant molecules. These results are in qualitative agreement with time of flight measurements. On the other hand, in polymers like PMMA and perchlorovinyl resin featuring extremely low geminate conductivity, doping enhances (though still selectively) their conductivity and its dependence on the dopant concentration is also discussed. Es werden Dotierungseinflüsse, die in der nichtstationären strahlungsinduzierten Leitfähigkeit einiger Polymere beobachtet werden, untersucht. In Polymeren mit vorwiegend freien Ladungsträgern (PVK, PEPC, PET und PS) besteht der Einfluß hauptsächlich in der Erniedrigung der Leitfähigkeit in Abhängigkeit von den Beziehungen zwischen dem Ionisationspotential und der Elektronenaffinität der Makromoleküle und der Dotierungsmoleküle. Diese Ergebnisse sind in qualitativer Übereinstimmung mit Flugzeitmessungen. Auf der anderen Seite erhöht die Dotierung in Polymeren wie PMMA und Perchlorovinylharz mit extrem niedriger Geminateleitfähigkeit (obwohl noch selektiv) ihre Leitfähigkeit und ihre Abhängigkeit von der Dotierungskonzentration wird ebenfalls diskutiert." @default.
