- W4241609266 abstract "深部に発生した脂肪性腫瘍は良悪の診断に難渋する場合がある．当院における深部発生脂肪性腫瘍の診断と治療成績を報告する．対象は，2005年4月から2015年4月まで当院で加療した52例（男22女30）で，平均年齢64歳（36～84），発生部位は大腿23例上腕10背部6頸部4前腕3胸腹部3その他4，平均観察期間は6ヵ月（3～72）であった．診断は，筋内脂肪腫15例，筋間脂肪腫22，異型脂肪腫様脂肪腫16であった．異型脂肪腫様脂肪腫2例（13％）に再発・脱分化を認めた．異型脂肪腫様脂肪腫と筋内・筋間脂肪腫の最大径を比較すると，有意に前者が大きかった（平均182 mm vs 86 mm, p＜0.01）．筋間脂肪腫はダンベル型を，筋内脂肪腫・異型脂肪腫様脂肪腫は球形を呈することが多かった．異型脂肪腫様脂肪腫は再発・脱分化する症例があり慎重な経過観察を要する．" @default.
