As an effective control method, the Molecular Recognition Technology (MRT) has been successfully applied in bismuth removal in sulfuric acid media from tankhouse electrolytes. However, it was the first time that MRT was used to load bismuth from hydrochloric acid (HCl) media, which was then eluted by 9 molar sulfuric acid (H2SO4) for bismuth sulfate recovery. This paper describes the process development of practising state-of-the-art quality control and presents the pilot test results of using the MRT technology for Bi production.Afin de minimiser les effets négatifs dans le procédé de raffinage électrolytique du cuivre, on doit contrôler les impuretés indésirables, spécialement le bismuth. Comme méthode efficace de contrôle, on a appliqué avec succès la Technologie de Reconnaissance Moléculaire (MRT) dans l’enlèvement du bismuth de milieux d’acide sulfurique des réservoirs d’électrolytes. Cependant, c’était la première fois que la MRT était utilisée pour charger le bismuth de milieux d’acide chlorhydrique (HCL), lequel était ensuite élué avec de l’acide sulfurique (H2SO4) 9 molaire pour la récupération du sulfate de bismuth. Cet article décrit le développement du procédé de mise en pratique de contrôle de qualité de pointe et présente les résultats de l’essai pilote utilisant le technologie MRT pour la production de Bi." @default.
