Исследования отечественных и зарубежных ученых доказывают, что среди учителей уровень профессионального стресса достаточно высок и часто является причиной не только эмоционального и профессионального выгорания, но и депрессии. Цель представленного в статье исследования заключалась в изучении степени выраженности профессионального стресса у педагогов с разным уровнем самоотношения. В исследовании приняли участие 83 педагога, осуществляющих профессиональную деятельность в общеобразовательных учреждениях г. Ростова-на-Дону. Были использованы следующие методики: тест-опросник cамоотношения В. В. Столина, С. Р. Пантелеева; шкала профессионального стресса (Д. Фонтана); опросник психологической устойчивости к стрессу Е. В. Распопина, а также статистические методы (описательная статистика, U-критерий Манна — Уитни). В результате эмпирического исследования были установлены различия в степени выраженности профессионального стресса у педагогов с позитивным и нейтральным отношением к себе, а также выявлены некоторые особенности в психологической устойчивости педагогов к отдельным стрессогенным факторам. Перспективами разработки данной темы являются выявление и изучение психологических детерминантов профессионального стресса у педагогов образовательных учреждений разного уровня, разработка и апробация программ по профилактике и коррекции профессионального стресса педагогов. The problem of work-related stress experienced by teachers working in various educational institutions has been gaining relevance in recent years. Both Russian and foreign researchers maintain that severe work-related stress frequently results in emotional exhaustion and professional burnout and depression in teachers. The aim of the research is to investigate the intensity of work-related stress in teachers with different self-perception. The research involves 83 teachers working in secondary educational institutions of Rostov-on-Don. The research uses the following methods: V. V. Stolin and S. R. Panteleyev’s self-perception questionnaire, the Fontan procedure of work-related stress risk assessment, E. V. Raspopin’s stress resilience test, and statistical methods (descriptive statistics, the Mann-Whitney U-test). Empirical investigation shows that the levels of work-related stress are different in teachers with positive and neutral self-perception. The research also singled out some peculiarities of teachers’ resilience to various stress-inducing factors. Further research may focus on the investigation of psychological determinants of work-related stress in secondary school teachers and the elaboration of measures aimed at preventing work-related stress in teachers." @default.
