- W4245722796 abstract "多くの抗原は、食事や呼吸に伴い粘膜面を介して体内に侵入することから、粘膜免疫機能を強化することは早期の生体防御の観点から重要である。粘膜免疫における中心的な生体防御因子は分泌型IgAであり、感染防御や抗アレルギーに関与している。本研究では、150株の乳酸菌を用いて、マウスパイエル板（以下、PP）細胞からのIgA産生を指標に、粘膜免疫機能を高める乳酸菌のin vitroスクリーニングを実施した。その結果、発酵食品（発酵茶）を分離源とするLactobacillus plantarum ONRICb 0239およびb 0240に高いIgA産生誘導能を見出した。最も高いIgA産生誘導能を示したb 0240については、マウスに菌体を7～21日間経口投与し、ex vivoにおけるIgA産生への影響を検討した。その結果、b 0240の生菌および死菌の経口投与はPP細胞からのIgA産生を有意に高めた。さらに21日間投与においては血清IgG濃度を高める傾向にあった（P=0.0582）。このように植物由来のb 0240は、ポリオワクチンの例の如く、経口的に粘膜面のIgA産生を誘導し、血中ではIgG産生を刺激することで、体の外（粘膜免疫）と体の内（全身免疫）から生体に作用することが示唆され、“immunobiotics”製品としての開発が期待される。" @default.
