- W4247703422 abstract "目 的 本研究は，産後1日目の母親に対して提供する癒しケアが，産後の疲労や母乳育児に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることを目的とした。対象と方法 準実験的研究デザインで，産褥早期の母親の産後の疲労と母乳育児について癒しケアによる介入効果を検討した。 対象は，正常な分娩経過をたどった産後1日目の母親153名であり，癒しケアを行う介入群80名と従来通りのケアを行うコントロール群73名に便宜的に割りつけた。 産後の疲労は，疲労蓄積度自己診断チェックリストの得点，エジンバラ産後うつ病評価尺度の得点，自覚的睡眠時間を指標とし，母乳育児は，入院中の授乳回数，入院中の直接授乳困難の有無，退院時および産後1か月時の栄養法を指標とした。結 果 実施した癒しケアは，産後の疲労に対する効果として母親の疲労蓄積度自己診断チェックリストの得点，およびEPDSの得点の上昇を抑える可能性が示唆された。また，母乳育児に対する効果として入院中に直接授乳が困難となる状況を生じにくくする可能性が示唆された。しかし，癒しケアの効果を検証するには不十分であった。結 論 今回は，「産後1日目の母親に対して癒しケアを提供することが，産後の疲労を軽減し，母乳育児を促進する」という仮説の検証には至らなかった。" @default.
