- W4249600887 abstract "バナナ果実の食味は硬熟期から完熟期にかけて最高となるが，その期間は非常に短い。そこでバナナ果実のこれらの時期における品質保持技術の開発を目指し，1-MCPの処理時期が果実品質変化に及ぼす影響について調査した。緑熟バナナにエチレン処理開始後1，2，3，4および5日に1-MCP処理を行い，暗所下20℃で貯蔵した。なお，1-MCP処理しないものをコントロールとした。エチレン処理開始後2，3，4および5日に1-MCP処理を行った果実はコントロールと同様に正常に黄化した。また，エチレン処理開始後1および2日に1-MCP処理を行った果実では褐色斑点の増大が顕著に抑制された。エチレン処理開始後2日に1-MCP処理を行った果実の果肉硬度は，1-MCP無処理果が硬熟期に達したエチレン処理開始後6日では無処理果と差異は認められなかったが，その後は無処理果に比べて高く維持された。また，エチレン処理開始後2日に1-MCPを処理した果実と1-MCP無処理果の間で可溶性固形物含量の推移に差異は認められなかった。これらのことから，エチレン処理開始後2日の1-MCP処理は負の影響を及ぼすことなくバナナ果実の硬熟期から完熟期にかけての期間を延長することが明らかとなった。" @default.
