- W4249676817 abstract "This chapter introduces two change frameworks, Change Life Cycle Framework and Enterprise Transformation Roadmap, and highlights common elements useful for thinking through and planning for organizational change. The two example change frameworks provide leadership with a decision aid for consideration of cultural, organizational, and change management considerations in the strategic analysis and transformation of the enterprise. Transformational change requires a holistic approach that effectively integrates the specification and analysis of the current state, the articulation of a future state, and the actual execution of the transformation to achieve the specified future-state vision. In order to effect transformational change, top leadership within the organization must be fully on board to support and champion the effort as noted in the Harrington's SUSTAIN model and Kotter's change model. This is an important aspect of any change program. Assessing an enterprise's readiness for change is an important part of the strategy phase in a transformational change effort." @default.
