After deriving general results valid for any form of $g(mathrm{p})$, we discuss in detail the special case of $C(p)={({p}^{2}+{ensuremath{beta}}^{2})}^{ensuremath{-}1}$ and $T(p)=ensuremath{-}t{p}^{2}{({ensuremath{gamma}}^{2}+{p}^{2})}^{ensuremath{-}2}$ and compared it with observed data. The photodisintegration of the deuteron is also discussed and it is found that the $D$-wave part of the deuteron plays an important role at high photon energies leading to a larger cross section than given by other calculations to date." @default.
