- W4254272218 abstract "本研究の目的は，硫化水素の発生抑制実験と電子放出菌の分子生物学的手法による菌叢解析を通して，導電性コンクリートを用いた電子伝達経路の提供による硫化水素の発生抑制に生物学的酸化が寄与していることの根拠を示すことである．硫化水素の発生抑制効果を示した導電性コンクリート供試体の経日的な菌叢変化をPCR-DGGE法および次世代シーケンサーによるメタゲノム解析により把握した結果，どちらの解析手法からもアノード電極の極近傍で電子放出菌（Geobacter sp.とPelobacter sp.）の集積が確認された．さらに次世代シーケンサーによる定量解析から，特にGeobacter sp.が多く集積していることが明らかになった．以上の結果から，導電性コンクリートを用いることで電子放出菌が集積し，嫌気的環境にありながらも水表面近傍の酸素を電子受容体として用いて硫化水素を生物学的に酸化できることが示された．" @default.
