Традиционным подходом к лечению кератитов является интенсивная медикаментозная терапия с использованием антибактериальных, противовоспалительных, десенсибилизирующих препаратов, а также средств, улучшающих трофику и регенерацию, и слезозаменителей. Важным в лечении кератитов являются сроки включения в терапию различных противовоспалительных препаратов после проведения интенсивной этиотропной терапии. Наши исследования показали эффективность применения препарата Корнеиал в комплексном лечении патологии роговицы как в группе пациентов с кератитами, так и в группе пациентов после кератопластики. Благодаря стероидоподобному эффекту препарат оказывает выраженное противовоспалительное действие и в то же время не тормозит эпителизацию. Препарат оказывает противовоспалительное действие, что выражается регрессией отека стромы роговицы в среднем на 9-е сутки (±3,32 S.D.) и резорбцией инфильтрации на 7,32 суток (±3,74 S.D.). Необходимо отметить эпителизирующие свойства препарата, ускоряющие процессы эпителизации как у пациентов с кератитами, так и у пациентов после кератопластики. Об этом свидетельствуют средние сроки наступления эпителизации у пациентов обеих групп на 6,9 суток (±4,4 S.D.).Таким образом, препарат Корнеиал обладает выраженными противовоспалительными, антисептическими, эпителизирующими свойствами и может быть рекомендован для применения в комплексном лечении кератитов различной этиологии, а также после кератопластики. The purpose of our study was to investigate the features of the use of the drug Corneial in patients with keratitis of various etiologies. We observed 50 patients with keratitis of various etiology, who received the Corneial as part of complex therapy. All patients were divided into 2 groups: the first group included 33 patients (66%) with keratitis, the second – 17 patients (34%) with keratoplasty, who received Corneial in the postoperative period. The traditional approach to the treatment of keratitis is intensive drug treatment using antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, desensitizing drugs, as well as drugs that improve trophism and regeneration, as well as artificial tears. The correct time of the inclusion of anti-inflammatory drugs in the complex therapy is of great importance. Our studies have shown the effectiveness of the use of the Corneial in the complex treatment of corneal pathology both in the group of patients with keratitis and in the group of patients after keratoplasty. Due to the steroid-like effect, the drug has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect and at the same time does not inhibit epithelialization. The Corneial has an anti-inflammatory effect, which is expressed by regression of corneal stromal edema on average on day 9 (±3.32 S.D.) and resorption of infiltration on day 7.32 (±3.74 S.D.). It is necessary to note the epithelizing properties of the drug, which accelerate the epithelialization processes both in patients with keratitis and in patients after keratoplasty. This is evidenced by the average timing of the onset of epithelialization in patients of both groups on day 6.9 (±4.4 S.D.). Thus, the drug Corneial has pronounced anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, epithelial properties and can be recommended for use in the complex treatment of keratitis of various etiologies, as well as after keratoplasty." @default.
