- W4280495067 abstract "Herein, we reported hydrothermal synthesis of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2)/tungsten trioxide (WO3) composite and various advanced characterization techniques such as powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were utilized to confirm the formation of MoS2/WO3 composite. Further, glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was fabricated with MoS2/WO3 composite via drop-cast method. The fabricated electrode (MoS2/WO3/GCE) was employed as hydrazine sensor and its electrochemical activity was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), linear sweep voltammetry (LSV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), and chronoamperometry (CA). The detection limit (LoD) of 3.93 μM with decent sensitivity of 0.121 μA/μMcm2 was obtained for hydrazine sensing using LSV method. DPV method based investigations exhibited LoD of 0.17 μM and sensitivity of 0.132 μA/μMcm2. In case of CA, LoD of 1.19 μM was obtained with improved sensitivity of 1.34 μA/μMcm2. The MoS2/WO3/GCE also possesses good repeatability, reproducibility, stability, and selectivity towards the sensing of hydrazine." @default.
