- W4281569768 abstract "This study proposes a novel adaptive three-phase auto-reclosing (ATPAR) scheme for shunt-compensated transmission lines when a single- or double-phase-to-ground fault occurred, which is conducted on the correlations between the currents of shunt-reactors after the line opened. In this paper, the currents characteristics of compensation reactors are analyzed firstly through fault boundary condition theoretical, then, Pearson correlation coefficient (PCC) is used to construct criterions for identifying fault nature and fault cleared time. The proposed ATPAR scheme is implemented on a 230 kV-60 Hz IEEE 9-BUS power simulation system by using ATPDraw, and various faults which considered different fault conditions are simulated. The extensive simulation results verify the efficiency and reliability of the proposed ATPAR scheme." @default.
