- W4281666232 abstract "A room sterilization is an important factor in testing and research lab involving microorganisms. In this work we have designed a automatic UV-C disinfection light which kills germs in the environment by disintegrating their DNA structures, thus avoid the dispersal of bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms This is controlled from anywhere with internet connection operated by the user through the blynk and then the device is activated and starts monitoring the room whether the presence of human beings. If not then the UV-C disinfection light starts to decompose the DNA structures of germs. [1] This project emits the UV-C radiation of wavelength (240–260) nanometer (nm) for the adjustable time duration based on the locality of the light placed to disinfect the zone. Initial design was adopted for span of culture room conditioning and it can be applied in the superior areas like school, universities and offices. It has the capability of remote programming and operated using an IOT based app like blynk and control over it by IR based security system that turns off when any human movement detected. The proposed system can be extended for higher level operation by adding UV-C lamp. In addition to two concept of scattering and diverging during decontamination process. The sanitizing techniques adopted in this device eliminate variety of microorganisms and it is has capability to perform better when compared to conventional chemical sanitizing schemes." @default.
