- W4283257180 abstract "We report the green synthesis of nontoxic, stable, and small size silver nanoparticle by Vitis vinifera leaf aqueous extract with reducing/capping ability without any toxic reducing agents. The in situ prepared Ag NPs were characterized by Fourier Transformed Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy (UV–Vis) study. The treated cells with Ag NPs were assessed by MTT assay for 48 h about the cytotoxicity and anti-human lung cancer properties on lung cancer cell lines i.e. lung poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma (PC-14), lung moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma (LC-2/ad), and lung well-differentiated bronchogenic adenocarcinoma (HLC-1). The IC50 of Ag NPs were 81, 144 and 247 µg/mL against PC-14, LC-2/ad, and HLC-1 cell lines, respectively. The viability of malignant lung cell line reduced dose-dependently in the presence of Ag NPs. In the antioxidant test, the IC50 of Ag NPs and BHT against DPPH free radicals were 81 and 45 µg/mL, respectively." @default.
