- W4285131014 abstract "The usage of nanodrugs in treatment many human diseases will increase especially in the treatment of cancers. Recently, various nanoparticles have been used to decrease side effects and cytotoxicity of classical drugs. Hence, many approaches were applied to deliver nanodrugs with low toxicity without dissolution in live tissues compared with the classical drugs which greatly reduce potential exposure to different internal organs in the human body. The small size of nanoparticles enables them to cross the vital barriers in the body, thus the ease of transferring nanoparticles with albumin, phospholipids, gelatin, polymers and elements like gold, silver, and platinum delivering nanoparticles. The cytotoxicity depends on the actual composition of different nanoparticles, so the science of delivering nanoparticles needs further studies and analysis to understand nature of the nanodrugs work." @default.
