• W4285150564 abstract "The article is devoted to an important problem of modern pediatric neurology and rehabilitation, - the issues of diagnosis and comprehensive restorative treatment of the consequences of traumatic brain injury (TBI) in children and adolescents. It is known that TBI is characterized by a high frequency of disability, while asthenic, vegetative, cognitive, emotional, motor and postural disorders are leading in the clinical picture. It is shown that the factors influencing the severity of the consequences of TBI in children are not only the severity of the injury itself, but also the age at which the injury occurred, as well as the localization of the lesion. The article describes modern methods of complex diagnosis and rehabilitation of the consequences of TBI in children, as well as pathogenetically justified approaches to drug therapy, while showing the high effectiveness of the drug choline alfoscerate (Cereton) in restoring cognitive functions and improving the clinical condition in children with the consequences of TBI, according to the results of a double-blind placebo-controlled multicenter randomized trial.Статья посвящена важной проблеме современной детской неврологии и реабилитологии — вопросам диагностики и комплексного восстановительного лечения последствий черепно-мозговой травмы (ЧМТ) у детей и подростков. Известно, что ЧМТ характеризуется высокой частотой инвалидизации, при этом ведущими в клинической картине являются астенические, вегетативные, когнитивные, эмоциональные, двигательные и постуральные расстройства. Показано, что факторами, влияющими на выраженность последствий ЧМТ у детей, являются не только тяжесть самой травмы, но и возраст, в котором произошла травма, а также локализация поражения. В статье описаны современные методики комплексной диагностики и реабилитации последствий ЧМТ у детей, а также патогенетически обоснованные подходы к медикаментозной терапии, при этом показана высокая эффективность препарата холина альфосцерата (Церетон) в восстановлении когнитивных функций и улучшении клинического состояния у детей с последствиями ЧМТ по результатам двойного слепого плацебо-контролируемого многоцентрового рандомизированного исследования." @default.
